Please note that this is very long because I hope to answer any questions and quell any fears potential customers may have regarding my business ethic and what I find to be acceptable. If something is unclear, please use the contact form.

1a. RIGHTS

You have the right to use your commission as you wish and where as long as it does not violate this TOS; you paid for it, so it's yours. If you use it in personal work, say a Twitter banner, please try to credit me somewhere accessible. Do not republish your commission unless credit is given to me explicitly.

In terms of pricing, I will set the asking price and I am willing to negotiate. I do NOT accept partial payment. You will be expected to pay before I start lining and coloring. If you request large or many changes after I receive payment, I may charge you extra. I save all commissions, so if you ever need me to make a change I'm happy to do so months or even years down the line.

If your work is not being actively completed or has to be abandoned per my request, you will be notified and receive a full refund. If you cancel as the work is being created, you do NOT have the right to a full refund; you may receive a partial refund depending on how much time and work has been put into your commission; I have the right to dictate if the circumstances entitle you to a refund.

1b. COMMERCIAL USE

If you do not plan to use your commission in a way that you profit financially, you may skip this section.

If you are requesting a logo or artwork that will be reused on merchandise such as t-shirts or posters, I ask that I receive a % 15 percent share of your net income from those products or that we negotiate licensing. Net income is your income after manufacturing fees or other costs relating to the creation and distribution of that product. I undercharge for my work greatly by minimum wage standards, so for you to profit off of something I didn't charge you the appropriate amount for is not fair to me.

Products that this is applicable include but are not limited to: shirts, patches, posters, stickers, and buttons. The exception to this rule is album artwork. If I have created album artwork for you, you do not have to give me a portion of sales, granted I am credited in a way that helps me to gain exposure (ex. including my name and email on the back of a case for a CD, credited in the Bandcamp description for your album, etc). However, if this album artwork is used on merchandise like shirts, even if it is modified in some way, net contributions or licensing will be required.

2. MAKING A REQUEST

Before requesting a work, have an idea of what you would like unless you wish to grant me creative freedom. Do not type paragraphs that are extensive and/or with details irrelevant to your request or you may be turned away. If you are giving an image to use as reference for your work, ensure it is not compressed.

If you are requesting a pornographic work, you must provide some kind of reference including any explicit information required, be it typed or in the image. You also MUST be over the age of 18 in your country or territory. The definition of pornographic in my TOS is any work including but not limited to: visible genitalia, sexual garments, or exaggerated genitalia. If you are requesting a fetish work, it will not fall under the pornographic category depending on what fetishes are featured in the work.

3. DENIAL OF SERVICE

You may be denied service if your request is not coherent or you are requesting a service I do not provide. You may be denied of service if you have information circulating the internet indicating that you are not a trustworthy customer. I do not conduct business with anybody under the age of 18.

Your request will be denied if it contains:

• Rape and/or other non-consensual activities

• Racist, homophobic, transphobic, or other harmful messages

• Pedophillia or characters of questionable age

• Sexualization of minority groups

• Characters described as “herm”, “tranny”, “psycho”, or other dispariging language

Your request may be denied for reasons not listed here.

4. CONCLUSION

By placing a request, you adhere to these terms and services of your request. If something is unclear or you have questions, please inquire before finalizing your request. Breaking your terms of service will jeopardize your chance of doing business with me in the future. If you do not amend a mistake(s) or conduct yourself in an aggressive manner, your lack of compliance may be publicized to protect other artists.
